Message from National Team Captain - Tony Whiteman
The Luxembourg Cricket Federation is pleased to announce the squad that will compete for the Central Europe Cup in Prague
from June 15-17th
2018. This tournament involves Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland and the
hosts Czech Republic and is played under
50-over ODI rules in a round-robin format. In last year’s event,
Luxembourg came second on net run rate to Poland. This year’s squad will
be led by captain Tim Barker who has captained Luxembourg at every
Junior age group level but now leads the National team
for the first time in the absence of Tony Whiteman. Making their debuts
for the National team will be Roshan Vishwanath and Marcus Cope, who is
also a graduate of the Luxembourg Junior development programme. All news
