Just a quick note to update you on the outcome of this year’s Annual General Meeting. Many thanks to all of you who turned out. One of the best represented meetings in quite some years. The main tasks at the AGM were to :
- Approve the annual accounts and the budget for 2019
- Listen to the reports of the Captain and the Committee on the 2018 season
- Elect your club officers for 2019
I am pleased to inform you that your club committee for 2019 is as follows:

Vice-Captain: Vikram Vihj
Secretary: Wayne Codd
Treasurer: Tony Whiteman
Fixtures secretary: Tim Andrews
I would like to take the opportunity to thank those departing committee members for their commitment and hard work: Graham Cope, Saransh Kulshrestha, Richard Neale and Ananth Srisailapathy.
The projects for the coming year will be:
- Work closely with the Walferdange Commune to make progress on the new pavillion
- Keep close ties with the Luxembourg Cricket Federation in order to help foster the development of cricket in Luxembourg, in particular, junior cricket
- Sucessfully defend our playing titles in the Belgian League
Finally, a couple of dates for your diary:
- 12th December. Christmas drinks at the Place d’Armes from 18h00 onwards
- 19th January. Annual Awards Dinner, with guest speaker and ex-England fast bowler, Matthew Hoggard
