Optimists Cricket Club

Dear All,

This Saturday at 11 am is the start of the last outdoor Optimists event of the outdoor season- the ground clear up day.

This is a really important day as we close up the ground for the winter and we need as much help as possible. As well as a big tidy of the Wendy and amongst other things we need to do the following:
-       Brushing away sand from the nets
-       Taking down and storing the mobile net that is behind the bowlers at the nets
-       Storing the Catching cradle
-       Dismantling the marquee
-       Dismantling and then storing in the Wendy the gang mowers
-       Setting up the mole-deterrents

As you can see there is lots to do so please bring yourselves as well as gloves, tools, brushes and loads of enthusiasm.

We also need volunteers to store kit over the weekend so please let me know if you can.
