Optimists Cricket Club was very saddened to hear about the passing of its Life Member, Geoff Thomas.
Geoff was a great friend of the Club for many years, active in both Optimists and Communities Cricket
(as captain and later Chairman of CCC – pictured as part of LCF Championship winning side in 2004)
and will be sorely missed. Geoff passed on the 14th of August 2022 and his funeral service took place in
Cambridge (UK) on the 30th of August.
Optimists CC would like to extend its deepest sympathy to Geoff’s family and friends.
