Dear Members,
The Commune of Walferdange will be celebrating its 175th anniversary
on Sunday the 22nd of June and has called upon all sports clubs in
Walferdange to participate in this Volksfest which will take place
during the day and the evening.
Optimists CC will be running a Pimms bar, so we need people cutting fruit, serving
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and is also being requested to
provide for logistical support during the day.
It is very important for the Club that we show our support towards the
Walferdange Commune and that we make sure that our stand is being run
properly and we provide them with the support needed.
Support is needed to help with the set up on Saturday between 10:00
and 14:00 and during Sunday from 11:00 / 12:00 up to midnight.
We would need to have approximately 4-5 persons per slot of 3 hours on Sunday.
