Please be advised that the OCC AGM shall be held on Saturday 24 November 2012, beginning at 5pm at the Centre Prince Henri, Walferdange. All paid-up members are invited to attend. If you are unable to attend and would like to assign your voting rights, please inform me by sending an email to: wayne.codd@eca.europa.eu
Under the rules of the Club, there is a requirement that any resolution which falls outside the normal business of an annual general meeting (see provisional agenda) must be communicated in writing (or an email) to the Club Secretary. Please do this at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
