Optimists Cricket Club

Earlier in February, twenty five Optimists members converged on the New Delhi Restuarant to enjoy and reflect on memories of last season.

Chairman of the Club, Robert Deed along with club captain, Joost Mees presented the awards and they were given as follows:

Batting Award:            Richard Neale
Bowling Award:           Arjun Nandal
All-rounder:                 Taral Desai
Fielder:                        Ben Embleton
Most Improved:           Chris Evans
Best Performance:      Richard Neale (107 in BCF T20 semi-final)
Clubmen of the Year:  John Verrinder & Tim Andrews 

Congratulations to all the above and thoughts will now be focussed on the forthcoming 2013 season.
