Dear All,
As the outdoor season approaches, it’s time to think about the setting up of the Ground. This year this will take place the weekend of 8/9 April 2017. As much help as can be given is needed so please make a note in your diaries and come down to the ground to help prepare for the start of the outdoor season.
We will be hiring a heavy roller and will need volunteer drivers for this purpose. More details on the heavy roller and a doodle where you can register to help with the rolling will be sent out shortly.
More details on other aspects of the weekend will be communicated shortly and, weather permitting, we hope to be able to offer a BBQ to say thank you to all the volunteers at the end of the day on the Saturday or Sunday.
