MESSAGE ON BEHALF MAIDENS (please respond to indicated email address not directly to this email)

Hi guys, I am coaching the recently formed Nîmes Cricket Club. They have games fixed for next year but have no kit! They play on a football pitch which is concrete with two old street cricket bats and tennis balls with tape around them. The games they will be playing are on a proper wicket. The team consists of 50% Afghan refugees living in hostels and the rest Pakistanis living around Nîmes. They range between 16 and mid twenties and are mad on cricket. We train and play every Saturday with some travelling hours on buses to get there. I am in Luxembourg for a few days during Xmas and am looking for any old kit anyone has to donate (Bats, pads, gloves etc.). We are collecting funds to get some kit and also some shirts etc but it’s not easy and Cricket France are only helping by offering to pay for 11 licences so they can play. Please contact me if you have old kit to donate.

Thank you very much and merry Christmas to you all.
