Dear Members,
As the hope of more cricket is possible during the course of the season, We would like to remind members that, in recent years, we have received a number comments from the Commune with regards to parking. They have informed us that they have received some complaints from residents when cricket (and rugby) players/supporters park on the other side of the road (the side of the road where the houses are). As a result may we please ask that all cricket payers and supporters only park on the ground side of the road. On the rare occasions when the parking spaces on the ground side of the road are full, please park in the PIDAL (swimming pool/gym complex) overflow car park where there are plenty of spaces (this car park is in between the rugby pitch and PIDAL).
Additionally, there is a space in front of the access path down to the ground, this is meant in case of emergency so that emergency service vehicles can get down to the ground, so may we also please ask that you do not park in front of these access paths.
